NOTICE: Please observe the following timetables for our events. If you don't get through registration and tech in the timeframe given below, you will not be able to run. The simple way to avoid problems is to arrive early.

For Events at Walters State, Smokies Stadium, Meco, E.H.S., Adesa, and Bristol Motor Speedway:

• Meco events are NO SMOKING anywhere on the event site. This is at the lot owner's request. Anyone with a lit cigarrette will be asked to put it out or leave.
• We highly recommend you arrive around 8:00 a.m.
• The course should be set up so you can walk it around 9:00 a.m.
• If you register online, you have until 10:00 a.m. to check in with Registration
• If you register on-site, you should do so by 9:00 a.m.. If you register after that time, you will be charged a $15 late fee.
• No registrations or check-ins will be accepted after 10:00 a.m.. Tech will also close at 10:00 a.m..
• If you have not registered and been tech'd by 10:00 a.m., you will not be able to run the event, No Exceptions.
• Mandatory driver's meeting at 10:30 a.m. sharp.
• First Car Off at 11:00 a.m..

For Events at William Blount High School, Oak Ridge Mall, and Pellissippi State: 

• We highly recommend you arrive around 9:00 a.m. 
• The course should be set up so you can walk it around 9:00 a.m.
• If you register online, you have until 11:00 a.m. to check in with Registration
• If you register on-site, you should do so by 10:00 a.m.. If you register after that time, you will be charged a $15 late fee.

Individual Ladies Classes are no longer being supported by ETR. Ladies are encouraged to run in the combined "L" ladies pax class or in the regular class for their car. 

Trophies will only be awarded to classes with at least two (2) cars.

Points and Regional Championship Information

Solo II Fees:

You can take a $5 discount off the above fees if you register on-line for the event. (applies to both members and non-members)

For all Regional Events worker changeovers between heats are limited to 10 minutes. If you should leave early and don't work the last heat you will lose points for that day. If you need to leave early please let us know before the start of the first heat and we will make changes to accommodate your schedule.

Attention: Special Waiver for Competitors & Spectators Under 18 Years Old

NEW STM Class

The New Street Tire Modified (STM) class is basically a run-what-you-brung class. Any car that is not disallowed by SCCA for saftey reasons (SUVs and other high center of gravity cars that are prone to tipping over) is eligible. The only rule is that tires must be treadwear 140 or greater.
 

NOVICE Class at ETR-SCCA Regional Solo II Events!

 Novice class will compete based on RTP/Pax: 

• You will compete against other novices in different car classes

• Run times will be adjusted based on the SCCA RTP/Pax index.

• Winner will be the driver with lowest RTP/Pax adjusted time for the day.

 You may compete as a Novice for 2 years, or until you win Novice class 3 times.

 A Novice competitor may choose to move into class competition at any time, but may not move back to Novice.
