8.4 Police – We won’t hesitate to call them. We want to maintain good relations with the site owners so we have a place to play.
8.5 Loss of control - don’t try to save the run. Both feet in -- clutch and brake. Most autoX accidents result from trying to save a run once out of control. Get control and continue the run.
8.6 Red flag – stop and stay stopped until……….
8.7 Riders – keep hands and arms inside! Cars with
appendages sticking out will be red-flagged!
8.8 No hand-held cameras in cars. Cars with hand-held
cameras will be red-flagged!
8.9 See a problem, tell a Safety Steward; or if it is an emergency, correct the situation yourself and then inform a Safety Steward.
9 Working
9.1 Everyone check in with Doug, the worker chief.
